Welcome to Donna Moore’s web site!

Donna Moore - Author

Currently, I'm working on two more books. The first, “Tales of the Typist From Tacoma”, is my long overdue memoire of 15 years in the Foreign Service of the Department of State. Chapter 1 concerns my first overseas assignment - at age 21 - to Benghazi, Libya. With the current rebellion and controversy concerning Libya, I hope you will find it interesting to look back at this North African nation during an early time in their development.

I'm also working on “Celebrating with Crones and Sages”, a workbook about celebrating ageing - or at least coming to grips with this greatly misunderstood rite of passage. Watch for more on this one. If you would like some ideas on how to conduct your own croning ceremony, please contact me. I would love to chat.

If you've enjoyed any of my books or found them helpful or want to touch base about the subject matter then I'd love to hear from you so please don't be shy about getting in touch! Workshop leaders can now find the full copy of Up Close and Personal in PDF format on this site.
